Nikhil is a Business Architect and Consultant with over 15 years spent defining and solving complex business problems across government and financial services. He holds a Master of Information Management from Victoria University of Wellington, where he built his grounding in governance, analytics and information management.
His work sits at the intersection of a few core disciplines: mapping business capabilities, tracing value streams, and turning complex data into insight leaders can actually act on. He’s most useful in environments that feel genuinely uncertain, where the real problem hasn’t been named yet, helping teams find the handful of leverage points that matter and build a workable path forward from there. That means seeing the whole system, not just the piece in front of him, and pulling in the analytics needed to back a decision rather than just illustrate one.
Nikhil builds his solutions alongside the people who’ll live with them, from executive stakeholders to frontline specialists, treating problem definition as something to work out together rather than hand down.
